THIS IS TOTALLY RIDICULOUS that to display a simple pseudographics reveals so many issues It seems that the FF is the only browser that actually "copies the go here" while some other have severe variations of getting the encoding right

<variations> (of how always to mess up with the encoding in a new way ...)

. . . it's good to know that if your doc is saved as ANSI (which likely is not the case with blogger) then you can display DOS characters with browsers other than FF (and perhaps some more)
+ ignoring the "note: Z 2" can destroy all your work in a flash . . . ? blogger -- what kind of a curse is that . . . each next post reveals NEW "can't do that"-s . . . i am already so excited what else i can't do (or perhaps the people that made this ridiculous UI couldn't - or just didn't wanted ... perhaps someone was hired to decide "yep , we enable that tag ... nope , this one we wont ... , no you shouldn't make shure the tags we support would actually work ... i'm the chief!")
